  • You have trouble accessing memories and sensations in traditional therapy

  • You often go numb, zone out, or feel like you’re watching your life from the outside

  • You’re curious about working with cannabis or ketamine in a grounded, supportive setting

  • You want to heal in a space that centers connection, safety, and the wisdom of your body

Accelerated Trauma Processing

Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy, or PSIP, is a body-based therapy that uses low-dose psychedelic medicine to support the processing of trauma. Instead of trying to think your way through it, PSIP allows the body to lead. Leah works with you as you somatically move through layers of emotion, sensation, and memory, that might not have been accessable up until now.

Coreregulation within the therapeutic relationship is key to genuine nervous system healing.

Leah guides you throughout the entire process from preparation to integration, offering safety and support cues as your system unwinds stored trauma and trapped nervous system responses.

Your body already knows how to resolve, reorganize, and repair. The medicine softens the grip of your automatic thinking mind, so you can present with what your body needs to release.

Leah brings her trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens to this work. That means she’s attuned to how your nervous system responds within the therapy container. For many people, trauma began in connection with others. PSIP creates the conditions for that connection to feel safe again.

What To Expect

Before your first medicine session, you’ll work with Leah to build a foundation of safety, intention and connection. This includes developing body awareness, resourcing, and learning how to stay present with sensation. You’ll also explore your relationship to control, emotion, and trust; core themes that need to be integrated for trauma resolution.

You’ll take a low dose of your chosen medicine while being guided toward what’s happening in your body. When things feel intense or unfamiliar, Leah helps you stay present, dissolve dissociation, and remain still as as old material surfaces and resolves.

Medicine Session

After your session, you’ll meet again with Leah to process what came up. She’ll help you track what’s shifting, explore practices to support the changes, and stay connected to anything your body is still working through. This process can be repeated as often as you need as you continue to unfold your healing.
