Therapy can be Way More than Worksheets and Coping Skills.

You deserve to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and to experience true relief, not just better management of your symptoms.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship issues, addiction or patterns that no longer fit your life, our work goes beyond talk therapy. Using approaches like EMDR, Parts Work, CBT, DBT, we help you get to the root of what’s holding you back so your brain and body can finally exhale. You don’t have to “do more” to heal. You just need a safe space, a supportive relationship, and the right tools that actually work with your nervous system instead of against it. That’s what we’re here to provide.

You’re here because life feels overwhelming.

We offer care that’s grounded in safety, clarity, and respect for who you are as an individual. Sessions are collaborative and relational, but most importantly, always focused on helping you move toward more peace, presence, and choice in your life.

Clients come to us for support with:

  • Anxiety, panic, and overthinking

  • Trauma, PTSD, and childhood wounds

  • Burnout, people-pleasing, and perfectionism

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Substance use and recovery support

  • Relationship patterns and attachment wounds
