Therapy can be Way More than Worksheets and Coping Skills.

You deserve to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and to experience true relief, not just better management of your symptoms.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship issues, addiction or patterns that no longer fit your life, our work goes beyond talk therapy. Using approaches like EMDR, Parts Work, CBT, DBT, we help you get to the root of what’s holding you back so your brain and body can finally exhale. You don’t have to “do more” to heal. You just need a safe space, a supportive relationship, and the right tools that actually work with your nervous system instead of against it. That’s what we’re here to provide.

You’re here because life feels overwhelming.

We offer care that’s grounded in safety, clarity, and respect for who you are as an individual. Sessions are collaborative and relational, but most importantly, always focused on helping you move toward more peace, presence, and choice in your life.

Clients come to us for support with:

  • Anxiety, panic, and overthinking

  • Trauma, PTSD, and childhood wounds

  • Burnout, people-pleasing, and perfectionism

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Substance use and recovery support

  • Relationship patterns and attachment wounds

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’m located in West Palm Beach and can see anyone in the state of Florida virtually.

  • I have a few limited spots for in-person sessions that are currently full. If you are interested in one of them, let me know during our free consultation and I can put you on the wait list.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes in length and cost $200/ session. Payment is accepted in the form of credit card or HSA account. At this time, all of my sliding scale spaces are occupied. If you are interested in a sliding scale spot, I would be happy to add you to my waitlist.

  • A first session is an opportunity for me to get a feel for who you are, what some of your concerns might be, and to get an idea of what life has been like for you as of recently. It’s also an opportunity for you to get to know me and my working style so there will be plenty of time for you to ask me questions, too! It’s also important to note that a first session is not a commitment for future sessions, the first three sessions allow both you and I to determine rightness of fit. Typically somewhere in the first three sessions we’ll have a conversation about continuing on together or going in a different direction.

  • I am an out of network provider, which means I do not accept insurance directly. If you have a qualifying mental health diagnosis I am able to submit a monthly receipt directly to your insurance for you. If you have any out of network provider benefits they will reimburse you directly. The best way to find out if you have these benefits is to call your insurance provider directly.

  • I ask clients to commit to weekly therapy for a minimum of 8-12 weeks if possible. This is to create consistency and to allow for movement and change to begin to occur. The inward journey is a deep process that takes time, and requires a bond to emerge between you and your therapist. With that said, I understand life happens and you may need to cancel an appointment. No worries! My cancellation policy will be included with your intake paperwork.

  • Absolutely! If you want to explore EMDR, we will spend some sessions preparing you for the experience before we jump in.
